Australia Fails To Halt Great Barrier Reef Decline as its action plan does not address the main cause behind it, climate change, reports Oliver Milman at the UK Guardian. As a big exporter of fossil fuels, the burning of which fuels climate change, Australia could be doing much to protect the reef and itself.
